At Scent Decant, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance journey. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the return or exchange process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to ensure the glass vials and bottles are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
